I care about the conditions we seed to hold generative explorations of world-building. I care about crafting programs that leave glimmers of hope for all of us to turn to. I believe reimagination and rebirth will take time.

Program Design Partnerships

  • Full-cycle design and production of convenings so every operational detail serves the people and purpose at the center of it.

    This might look like holding:

    • Pre- and post-production logistics

    • Run of show development

    • Vendor and budget management

    • Wellness program coordination

    • Workshop content advising

    I specialize in convenings for up to 200 people, working with organizations based in the U.S. and around the world.

  • Design and facilitation of participatory processes that cultivate the collective wisdom of a group, through shared narrative, common concern, and collaborative inquiry.

    This might look like designing and facilitating:

    • Communities of Practice

    • Participatory grantmaking

    • Visioning workshops/retreats

    • Wellness workshops/retreats

    These are more intimate gatherings for up to 30 people, working with groups based in the U.S. and around the world.
