Restorative Yoga

A practice of stillness and rest to attune to the resonance of your inner wisdom. This class invites you to nourish your body and mind through gentle opening movements, followed by supported long-held postures. Low to the ground and slow movement into the heart space.

This is a great practice for both the new and advanced student.
