Join us for an evening of Yin Yoga—an asana practice for attending to the inner realms of the body, heart, and mind. Guided by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements Meridian Theory, this practice is designed for deep healing and restoration.

Held at Prema in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, these postures are held for longer durations to invite a profound balance of your life force energy (Qi/Prana).
